90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our plyo boxes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return center. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Products returned after the 90-day period
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. If approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
