90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our plyo boxes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return center. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Products returned after the 90-day period
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. If approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
